Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-embracing email management tool, which will grant you complete command over your electronic mail accounts and email newsletters. With this easy-to-use interface, you can set up a new email account in an instant and manage its settings with ease. Also, you can redirect mails from one electronic mail account to another, configure e-mail filters, set up auto-response messages and guard your e-mail boxes against junk messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can guard all your electronic mail accounts against spam electronic mail messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no undesirable email messages will find their way into your e-mail box. Your email messages will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether an electronic mail message blacklisted as spam should be erased or redirected to a given email box.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are ideal for filtrating your incoming emails according to specific rules defined by you. Setting up e-mail filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your email filter will be created and will go into effect instantaneously. You can quickly create an e-mail filter for any of your e-mail accounts and define the mail filtering criteria as per your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming email messages from one electronic mail account to another, or even to several other mail accounts. Simply specify the e-mail box account you want to forward e-mail messages from, then choose the destination e-mailbox and select if you wish to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager, you can quickly configure the e-mail client of your preference to access your electronic mail accounts. Just navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the email account you wish to set up on your computer or cellular phone and click on the email client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new e-mail box account will be configured in an instant.

The Email Manager graphical user interface will also enable you to quickly create an auto-reply message - enter the message you would like people to read and our system will take care of everything else.
